2017 Fall Trip

Took a quick fall trip to Rock Springs and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.  Hit several bad weather days but managed to acquire a few new images. We did find the wild horses in the Rock Springs area and had about a half hour of shooting before the weather turned for the worst.  The Quick Draw part of the 2017 art show was rained upon.  The artist had to huddle under 10x10 pop up tents to paint and sculpture. I had one and a half days of shooting and then the weather set in again.  On my return home I spent a couple of days up in Rocky Mountain Park photographing the Elk rut and Bighorn sheep.  I will be publishing images under "2017 New Fall images" on the main website. The color in both Grand Teton and Rocky Mountain should be in full display in the next couple of days. This weekend 9/29&9/30 is the "Elk Fest" in Estes park its a great way to celebrate Fall. Hope your all enjoying the Fall season and getting out into nature as this is one of the most fantastic times of the year.
